a. 4036 : ABR11-0008 request to abrogate the north half of NW 1st Street right-of-way lying between NW 1st Avenue and NW 2nd Avenue.Comment
4. Land Use/Zoning Changes
a. 4037 : LUC11-0013/ZON11-0014 request to change the land use from Light Industrial to Public Buildings and Facilities and change the zoning from M-1, Light Industrial, to INST, Institutional, for property located at the on the west side of NE 19th Avenue in the 2000 block, approximately 6.0 acres.Comment
b. 4038 : LUC11-0006 (2012-1 Large-Scale Amendment Series) request to amend the Future Land Use Map to designate a Land Use Blending Overlay (LUBO) zone with existing Light Industrial, Medium Industrial and Retail Services underlying land use designations including the two other parcels generally located east of I-75 and west of NW 27th Avenue, north of NW 21st Street and south of NW 42nd Street, approximately 488.88 acres.Comment
